Early Morning Fishing
You return from your early morning fishing (approx. 8 a.m.) for breakfast, which normally includes fresh eggs made to order, bacon, ham or breakfast sausage, toast, local fruit, fresh juice and perhaps fry jacks or pancakes. The conversation turns to what is best to fish for the rest of the morning.
After fishing the morning tide, guests return to the lodge around 1 p.m. for a wonderfully prepared lunch, usually featuring fresh seafood or a tasty salad with other local Belizean dishes or you have the option to take a packed lunch (if you have a special diet, please let us know).
After lunch, guests normally take time out for a brief "siesta" which can be spent in one of the hammocks on the porch of your cabana or take a nice dip and do some snorkeling or grab a kayak and do some exploring.
Cool tropical breezes make your time comfortable and relaxing.
