Arrival Schedule

Guests arriving in Belize City in the early afternoon, will take a Maya Island Air or Tropic Air Flight to Placencia (approx. 45 minutes) from Belize City, our representative, Marjorie Perez, will meet and greet you at the International Airport and make sure you get on your pre-arranged flight (a fee of $5US will be charged for her services).

Our ground transfer will bring you to the boat dock and then the Kingfisher 28' transfer boat brings you directly to the Lodge, where we will sit down and discuss how the fishing will start early the next morning.

If the flight arrives too late in the evening we usually put up our guests at a local hotel, and get an early start the next morning.

The two local airlines that run daily flights to Placencia from Belize International Airport are Maya Island Air & Tropic Air.

Arriving At The Lodge

Charlie Leslie along with his other guides will discuss your angling wishes. It could be to target permit, tailing bonefish, big tarpon in the lagoon or maybe hunting down all three! It’s up to you.

Remember, that this area has excellent fishing grounds for conventional and spin fisherman as well.
