- Our Fishing Day starts at: 5:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Gratuities:
While gratuities are at the discretion of the customer, we are often asked to suggest a guideline.
- Guide: $50US per day for entire boat
- Boat Tender: $15US per day for entire boat
- Head Cook: $15US per day
- Kitchen Help/Housekeeper/Other Staff: $10US per day
- NOTE: Gratuities should be given directly to each staff member. If you wish to make gratuities to staff via our credit card POS, we will charge a 10% processing fee
